WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?


* Lead a team of Credit Controllers to coordinate collections and minimise bad debt for an assigned portfolio of customers


* Build up and maintain stakeholder relationship across the entire OTC chain


* Manage escalations between customers, sales representatives, country DHL entities and the accounts receivables department


* Set up, review and maintains service line agreements with country sales, customer service and operation


* To provide professional and qualitative customer service in line with set DHL standards


* Recruit, build, manage and develop a team of motivated staff members to maximise performance and ensure delivery of the agreed objectives


* This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday during business hours, flexibility with hours during peak times may be required

WHAT CAN YOU BRING?


* Proven leadership experience in a customer service or finance based role


* Advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret data and reporting


* Ability to work proactively with the customer to identify improvement opportunities


* Deliver innovative solutions and services that create value for customers


* Excellent communication & organisational skills
