* Pursuing a BS in Engineering from an accredited institution with Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 graduation date.
* Candidates must be willing to relocate during the program.
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicants ability to lawfully obtain access to such items
Preferred Qualifications
* BS in Materials Science & Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Ceramics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
* Previous internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment highly desired.
* Knowledge of MS Office and Excel, excellent written and oral communication skills, able to work in a self-directed and team environment and have good organizational skills.
* Working knowledge of statistical analysis.
* Knowledge/exposure to facilities engineering
* Demonstrated technical ability through classwork, internships/co-ops and projects.
* Ability to work with and lead a team.
* Knowledge of Six Sigma and lean manufacturing.
* Desire to work in an advanced manufacturing environment.
* Strong analytical abilities.
