Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour (DOE)

Linwood Meadows Care Center is seeking a compassionate, organized, and driven Admissions Director to join our skilled nursing facility.

This is a key position responsible for guiding new residents and families through the admission process with care, clarity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:


* Coordinate and manage the resident admissions process from inquiry to move-in


* Communicate with hospitals, physicians, families, and insurance providers


* Verify insurance coverage and benefits


* Prepare and manage all admission documentation accurately and timely


* Ensure smooth transitions for new residents by coordinating with nursing and other departments


* Maintain accurate records and data entry related to census and admissions


* Provide tours and information to prospective residents and their families

Ideal Candidate Traits:


* Familiarity with medical terminology


* Experience with medical insurance verification and processes


* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


* A caring and approachable personality


* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

* Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable

Qualifications:


* High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred


* Previous experience in admissions or a similar role in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred


* Excellent communication and customer service skills


* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
