Chubb's North America Claim's Transformation team as a Claim System of Engagement Chubb Associate.

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Claims, Operations, and IT to support various claim applications.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining access, enhancing operational efficiency, and communicating important updates and issues to the Claims organization.

You will work closely with our claim platform leads to develop and implement innovative solutions that support best practices and adapt to changing business needs.

This position requires a practical understanding of key claims applications, processes, and stakeholders, along with effective communication skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a process-oriented mindset, a readiness for change, and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities


* Manage provisioning and deactivation of access to core claim systems, handle bulk claim reassignment requests, and update claim system organizational structures.

Work and coordinate with cross functional teams to achieve updates.


* Support the Aveksa user access recertification process by routing orphaned users to appropriate approvers and ensuring timely resolution to prevent inappropriate access revocation.


* Assist with registering claims on Temporary and Permanent No Coverage (TNC & PNC) policies and conduct periodic reviews to ensure proper claim transitions.


* Resolve CDW rollbacks by addressing mismatches between the claim system, CDW, and Atlas, including coverage coding corrections, policy refreshes, and policy reattachments.
