As a Senior Field Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing the regional field service process to ensure customer satisfaction, safety, and productivity standards are consistently met.

You'll provide on-site expertise in the assembly and cycling of our forming systems, identify optimal solutions for complex challenges, and act as a vital liaison between our customers and internal teams.

What You'll Do

As a Sr.

Field Supervisor, you'll be a key player in managing and executing EFCO's most challenging field service projects.

You'll provide expert on-site instruction, support customer needs, and act as a vital liaison between our customers and internal teams.

Your expertise will also contribute to developing best practices and training new team members.
Key Responsibilities


* Lead the erection and cycling of formwork on high-complexity projects (55%)


* Troubleshoot and provide solutions in collaboration with district and corporate teams (10%)


* Mentor and support field service staff, including hiring and performance development (10%)


* Monitor and manage regional field service schedules and resource needs (10%)


* Partner with Territory Managers to deliver pre-sale technical demonstrations (5%)


* Review blueprints, pre-plan projects, and ensure equipment accuracy (5%)


* Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required (5%)
