Essential Functions

Shipping & Receiving (60%)


* Load and unload trucks and containers


* Inspect all parts for quality and accuracy upon receipt and before shipment


* Count, stack, bundle, band, and palletize parts


* Move materials from stock to shipping area using material handling equipment


* Assemble parts and follow double-count procedures to ensure correct quantities


* Communicate with other departments to verify part availability and status


* Accurately complete and log all shipping and receiving documentation

Work Area Organization (10%)


* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment


* Properly label and return products to their designated locations


* Keep pallets, racks, and shelves orderly and safe

Safety & Compliance (15%)


* Follow all company safety policies and procedures


* Use all required personal protective equipment (PPE)


* Report or correct any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions


* Ensure all federal and local safety standards are met
