Asset Recovery & Liquidation Specialist

We are seeking an Asset Recovery & Liquidation Specialist for the Central Region Marketing Department.

This role manages all stages of repossessed Manufactured Home collateral, aiming to reduce losses and boost recovery through strategic and efficient operations.

It also ensures business continuity by supporting key functions and reporting any issues that may hinder performance.

Highlights: 


* Oversee the remarketing disposition of repossessed MH through auctions, direct
wholesales, third-party retail vendors, etc.


* Update and prepare required monthly, quarterly and year-end reports for management review


* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs,
and enhance recovery outcomes


* Serve as a backup for critical tasks to ensure business continuity

Experience:

    Required


* 2 to 3 years’ experience within the consumer finance industry

    Preferred


* 2 to 3 years’ experience with asset disposal and/or manufactured housing industry


* 2 to 3 years’ experience in retail sales or marketing


* 2 to 3 years’ experience in wholesale sales or marketing


* 1 to 2 years’ experience with inventory, expense, or transaction tracking/management


* 1 to 2 years’ experience with monthly reports and/or member accounts


* 1 to 2 years’ experience with maintaining quality control for internal and external audits

Education:

    Required


* High school diploma or equivalent

Skills & Knowledge:

    Required


* Ability to work effectively as a member of a collaborative team


* Proven track record of providing a high level of customer service to vendors, and members to maintain and foster strong business relationships


*  Ability to negotiate effectively


* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively


* Ability to work independently with little supervision


* Computer skills to include standard office applications


* Ability to track and monitor inventory, expenses, and transactions


* Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions and inferences


* Excellent communication and organizational abilities

    Preferred


* Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Word, Access capabilities


* Bilingual English/Spanish

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm 

Flexibility:  In office, on site; not remote or hybrid

Level of Work: 1C
