Continuous Improvement Engineer - Central Engineering

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000- $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Project Engineering Methods and Tools Team, responsible for driving our project engineering teams to world-class performance, seeks a Project Engineering Continuous Improvement Engineer.

This position is responsible for leading continuous improvement efforts across a diverse landscape, aligning front-office and back-office people, processes, and technology to transformour Project Engineering domain to gain consistency in practices and customer experience worldwide, while optimizing across operations, specialized support, system-wide governance, and continuous improvement.

* Serve as the Quality champion for their location to analyze OCN data and identity quality initiatives to deliver end-to-end engineering quality and customer satisfaction.

* Identity training & development needs across the total engineering domain


* Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion (based upon SPS principles) for obtaining results
