* Tracks and trends QC testing Group performance and takes remedial action under direct supervision.


* Maintains, distributes, and designs basic quality metrics to upper management on a routine basis.


* Builds audit certification skills to perform quality system audits.


* Analyzes basic performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement of supplier quality performance.


* Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.


* Drives root cause and corrective action plans analysis

Qualifications

教育/経験Education and Experiences:


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in science, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, microbiology, or related fields


* Over 1 year of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry

知識、資格、及び技能 Knowledge, Qualification and Skills: 


* GMP/GCTP and Data integrity


* Pharmaceutical regulations, standards, and guidelines


* Analytical testing/ Instrument analysis/ equipment management


* Documentation (SOP, WI, Lab worksheet, and Assessment)


* Basic PC software programs such as Microsoft Office and Analytical software programs such as Empower (Usage of software applications for data entry, data analysis, word processing, presentations, and calculations)


* Communication skills in Japanese and English
