Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Undergraduate degree in finance or business required, MBA preferred.

10+ years of finance experience, including five years of being the head of investor relations with proven experience of presenting to executives and the company's Board of Directors.

Demonstrated experience in best-in-class investor relations processes and methodologies.

Strong existing relationships with the investment community.

Financial acumen with working knowledge of financial statements and analytical methods.

Ability to understand and communicate complex financial issues including internal and external financial models.

Strong familiarity with current SEC and fiduciary disclosure requirements.

Possess the strategic skills necessary to best position the company to the investment community.

Demonstrated success in creating and articulating recommendations/opinions.
