Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Salary: $40.00-53.56 per hour

Schedule: Full time

Duties:


* Provide rehabilitative therapy to patients upon referral for cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders following all regulatory and clinical practice requirements.


* This includes recovery, improvement in function and when possible, a return to a prior level of functioning.


* Clinical documentation will describe objective measures and justification for continued or discontinued services.

Qualifications:


* Must possess or be eligible to obtain a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of intended employment, and the minimum attainment of a bachelor's degree or equivalent (foreign degree accepted).


* Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
