Morgan's clients; and the internal personnel from sales and trading who leverage our analysts' research and industry/sector expertise.

This capability supports an outstanding network of relationships with corporate and institutional clients that lie at the heart of our Investment Banking franchise.

As a Commercial & Investment Bank - Markets Equity Research - Part Time Analyst Intern in J.P.

Morgan, you will be responsible for industry analysis and company-specific coverage for the sector team.

This involves core research on the industry and its companies, modeling the financials and forecasts, writing First Call notes and company updates as well as new reports and theme pieces, and speaking over the Hoot, at the Morning Meeting, and with clients.

Part-time Research Interns will work approximately 19 hours per week in our midtown Manhattan office.

This is a paid internship for both the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters.

Job responsibilities


* Modeling financial statements and industry dynamics


* Performing detailed valuation work


* Assessing relevant news events


* Analyzing complex data sets


* Writing research notes, sector pieces, industry and market overviews


* Advising internal and external clients, corporates and management teams

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


* Proven analytical skills, experience with quantitative and data analysis


* Exceptional writing skills


* Genuine interest in financial markets and economic data and trends


* Ability to multi-task and collaborate within a team environment


* Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment


* Enrolled in an undergraduate program from a local (New York City area) college/university.


* Expected graduation date of May 2026 - May 2028.



* Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
+ To be eligible in this program, you must be enrolled in a degree conferring program at a U.S.

university.

JPMorgan Chase will provide assistance with F-1 STEM optional practical training (OPT) and curricular practical training (CPT).
