Manager, Care Management

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Day Shift.

between 8:00 am - 4:30pm.

This is a salaried position.

You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Qualifications


* Bachelor's Degree in nursing.

Licenses & Certifications


* Current licensure in the State of Illinois as an RN.

Required


* Must obtain certification in specialty within 2 year of hire.

Acceptable specialty certifications are Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM).
