The EMEA Procurement team currently has a vacancy for a EMEA Marketing services Procurement Leader.

This presents an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced procurement professional who enjoys working closely with the business units and K-C’s supply base to drive strong value delivery and collaborative partnerships.

The role holder is responsible for the timely and cost-effective strategic sourcing of Marketing services in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.

The Team Leader will provide leadership to a group of 5 direct reports in support of Kimberly-Clark EMEA EM and IFP business segments. 

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead strategic sourcing and category management for Marketing services.


* Analyze supplier landscape and market trends to shape value roadmaps.


* Drive supplier negotiations using the NGS framework to maximize ROI.


* Build and manage competitive supplier relationships to secure business advantage.


* Collaborate on procurement strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.


* Provide expert guidance on vendor selection, negotiation, and procurement best practices.


* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, diverse team.


* Ensure compliance with financial controls and corporate policies.
