Your role:

Retail Media Planner is responsible for the planning, execution, and tracking of retail media activities in the Benelux region, with a focus on digital direct-to-consumer / end-customer campaigns.

Your Responsibilities:

Media Planning


* Responsible for the complete media planning and performance tracking process across the region.


* Collaborate with Brand Managers to translate local brand strategies into effective media initiatives aligned with broader marketing and business objectives across all media channels.


* Serve as the primary contact for the media agency: provide clear briefs, challenge proposals when needed, and maintain a productive working relationship to ensure seamless campaign execution.


* Share best practices and align regularly with international/global digital teams and other affiliates to leverage global insights and maintain consistent strategy and messaging.


* Ensure close collaboration with the eCommerce team to align off-site media plans with on-site/retail media measures.


* Lead joint media reviews with the Head of Marketing, Brand Managers, eCommerce Team, media agencies, and other stakeholders.
 

Campaign Tracking


* Monitor and analyze media and campaign performance on an ongoing basis to identify improvement areas and maximize ROI.


* Define campaign KPIs in collaboration with the media agency, based on available budget and brand strategy.


* Advise Brand and Marketing Managers on effective budget allocation across different media measures.


* Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management on campaign performance.

Operations & Other Activities


* Oversee social media community management in line with social media and pharmacovigilance (PV) guidelines and brand standards.


* Stay informed on media trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.


* Participate in or lead projects related to adjacent areas of media planning and execution.
