Position Title: Assistant Dietary Manager (SOC Code: 11-9051)

Position Duties: The Assistant Dietary Manager supports the Dietary Manager in ensuring the dietary department operates effectively to meet the nutritional needs of residents in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.

This position involves supervising dietary staff, ensuring meal preparation meets quality standards, and maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietary Management, or a related field (foreign degree accepted), and must have two (2) years' experience in a food service environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

Salary: $32.58 per hour, plus standard medical and fringe benefits.
