Typical shift as a Bank Support Coordinator  


* Customer group mental health 


* There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from supporting with budgeting, cooking and person centred support to playing board games, pool and accompanying customers on walking groups. 


* You’ll be helping our vulnerable customers in a variety of services……you might find yourself working in accommodation based services, or supporting our customers in a community or home based setting. 


* We also have outreach support working with hard to engage customers in their own homes across the patch

* You’ll have experience of supporting vulnerable people, and to be brilliant, you have a positive can do caring attitude and the desire to learn and make a difference to our customers lives!  


* You’ll have previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively.

 

Our team

You’ll join our wider services in South region and the great thing is you can pick up shifts in any of these services that need it! Currently we have hours available in our Hampshire West Services service in Winchester.

Eastleigh, Lymington and community support with our Managers Ade, Emma and Karen.

Our team works with mental health, and are super passionate about what we do! We’re a supportive bunch, and between us have hobbies and interests including baking, gardening, and quizzing.

 

Job details  


* Flexible working hours, shifts are normally 9-5, 10-6 or 11-7.  Bank holidays and weekends are available.


* We’re looking for you to work across South region which include our services in West Hampshire.
