Ethicon, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is recruiting for a Product Engineer - Project Lead, located in São José dos Campos, Brazil.

The Product Engineer - Project Lead will be responsible to coordinate design control activities that are required for changes to evolve our suture portfolio.

The scope of this activity include defining package type, box type, IFU/language variants and ensuring a standard process is followed to deliver a standard product portfolio for the future.

Additionally, this position will be accountable to provide guidance and support to the project team consolidating the design documentation crucial to complete the regulatory submissions and the final project objectives.

This role will require project management skills to drive the code-level product changes across overlapping projects across key strategic programs resulting from technology changes, graphic changes, packaging changes, and line extensions while realizing efficiencies in consolidating design work and implementation of converging projects.
