Ben Bridge Jeweler's Corporate office in Seattle is looking to hire a Digital Experience Project Coordinator to join the eCommerce Team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic eCommerce team.

This role will support project execution within a sprint-based workflow, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Jira, adept at cross-functional collaboration, and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:


* Sprint Coordination: Assist in planning and tracking eCommerce team sprints, ensuring tasks are properly assigned, prioritized, and completed within deadlines.


* Jira Management: Maintain and update Jira boards, create tickets, track progress, and generate reports for stakeholders.


* Project Documentation: Document project scopes, timelines, and key milestones, ensuring clear communication of expectations and deliverables.


* Team Support: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, and retrospective sessions to enhance team efficiency.


* Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with developers, designers, marketers, and leadership to ensure smooth execution of projects.


* Risk Management: Identify potential project risks or roadblocks and proactively suggest solutions.


* Process Improvement: Continuously refine project workflows and sprint planning processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.


* Ad Hoc Content Updates: Perform content updates on SFCC as required.

Qualifications & Skills:


* Experience: 2+ years in a project coordination role, preferably within an eCommerce or digital team.


* Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project management methodologies.


* Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across departments.


* Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and propose practical solutions.


* Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills to track progress and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.


* Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
