How You'll Make an Impact

As a Pre-sales Engineer in our Centre of Excellence (COE) across the Pacific, you'll be at the forefront of driving adoption of EcoStruxure Automation Expert (EAE).

You'll bring deep technical expertise to support our sales teams, partners, and customers-delivering best practices, innovative architectures, and advanced troubleshooting that accelerate success.

Working closely with the COE Lead, you'll align technical solutions with our commercial strategy and technology roadmap, influencing decision-makers and supporting customers through the full project lifecycle-from concept to commissioning.

You'll regularly engage clients and partners through in-person presentations, demos, and workshops, with a vehicle provided for customer-related travel.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver technical pre-sales support to accelerate sales growth and increase conversion rates using EAE

• Act as the technical subject matter expert to define and implement advanced automation architectures

• Collaborate with customers to identify technical requirements and constraints, and propose tailored EAE solutions

• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the advantages of EAE over conventional automation systems

• Develop solution architectures and demos that showcase the innovation, efficiency, and value of EAE
