Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities.

* Bachelor's or an Associate Degree in Nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse are preferred along with at least five (5) years of experience in the senior living industry, preferably in a similar peer review role.

Licensed Practical Nurses as well as a clinical background or risk mitigation background in senior living will also be considered based on experience.


* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and understanding of the practical applications of regulations, statutes, quality standards, and policies and procedures related to resident care and services.
