Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities.

Bachelor's or Associate Degree with an emphasis in business management, healthcare management, gerontology or similar field along with at least five (5) years of experience in an operational or management role in the senior living industry, are preferred.

Active state senior living administrator certificate, or equivalent, are preferred.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and understanding of the practical applications of regulations, statutes, quality standards, policies and procedures related to the operation of senior living communities and resident services.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
