? What You'll Do:

As a PM shift LVN, you'll play a key role in ensuring our residents receive top-notch, personalized care every evening.

Responsibilities include:

? Supervising CNAs and support staff on your shift
? Administering medications and treatments accurately
? Documenting in PointClickCare (PCC) like a pro
? Charting, reporting, and updating resident records
? Communicating with families, doctors, and the care team
? Handling admissions, discharges, and emergencies
? Promoting infection control and a clean, safe environment
? Creating a warm, supportive space for residents and team members alike

✅ Qualifications:


* Current LVN license in California


* PCC experience required


* Leadership or long-term care experience preferred


* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and provide calm, compassionate care
