Speech Language Pathologist / Senior Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient Pediatrics

Work Schedule :

80% FTE, 32 Hours per week.

Shifts scheduled from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 4 weekdays per week.

Hours may vary based on the needs of the clinic.

We are seeking an Outpatient Pediatric Clinical Speech Language Pathologist to:


* Provide consultative and developmentally appropriate habilitative and rehabilitative treatment services to complex pediatric patients (infant to adolescent) in an outpatient setting in the domains of swallow, speech, language and cognition.


* Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based patient and family treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.


* Work within the context of patient- and family- centered care as part of a primary and specialty care academic medical center.

Education :

Minimum - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders

Work Experience :

Minimum -


* Completion of Clinical Speech Language Pathology Fellowship


* Experience in diagnostics specific to area of specialty


* Experience in providing therapy in the relevant area of specialty (e.g.

speech, language, cognition, voice, airway, resonance, or swallow therapy)

Preferred -


* Completion of Clinical Speech Language Pathology Fellowship


* Seven (7) or more years of clinical experience post Clinical Speech Language Pathology Fellowship


* Experience in diagnostics specific to area of specialty


* Experience in providing therapy in the relevant area of specialty (e.g.

speech, language, cognition, voice, airway, resonance, or swallow therapy)


* Experience supervising a learner.
