Primary Purpose:
We are hiring for many manufacturing and production positions in aerospace.

Positions are open at CPP Syracuse which is located in Chittenango, NY and there are openings on a variety of shifts.

What You'll Be Doing:


* You could be inspecting, cleaning, sorting, resizing, and weighing virgin wax to prepare for the injection and assembly process.


* You could be weighing and preparing slurry mixtures for the creation of ceramic molds.


* You could be building and deconstructing crucibles.

Crucibles are containers used to melt metals in a furnace, which are usually made of ceramic materials.


* You could be inspecting and preparing molds for the melted alloys to be poured into.


* You could be using state of the art automation robots to assemble molds, and prepare them for the casting process.


* You could be using NDT technology to X-ray each part to ensure no internal defects are present.


* Throughout our process you could use various equipment, such as computers, robots, metal shear, injection mold machines, hydraulic press, plasma torch, grinders, cut-off saw, cranes and forklifts.


* You will also be in a team environment so collaboration, multitasking, and providing guidance to colleagues at times will be required.
