Line Packer

JOB SUMMARY

Capable of packing quality parts.

Must be able to operate press at the pace they are cycling as required by work instruction.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


* Packing product on pallets and racks


* Performing and documenting quality checks


* Remove finished parts from press


* Inspect parts for quality such as fill, fusion, post expansion, etc.


* Identify proper packaging container and ensure completed bundle is properly labeled


* Maintain accurate count per bundle


* Maintain 5S activities


* Complete any required paperwork


* Perform other duties assigned


* Reports to Production Supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


* 18+ years of age


* Preferred high school diploma or GED equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


* 40+ hours a week


* Standing, walking, sitting, stooping, bending and reaching


* Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling (25lb max)

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS


* Safety glasses


* Hearing protection available


* Steel toe shoes
