Fleet & Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description:

Summary

The Fleet & Supply Chain Coordinator ensures the proper shipping of products and receiving of goods.

Transfer of Assets

Responsibilities


* Proper packaging of various shipments


* Keep shipping area neat and orderly


* Turn in paperwork to accounting for shipping charges to be posted/added to customer invoices


* Responsible to properly handle hazardous material shipments


* Know procedures of UPS, Federal Express, and Trucking Companies


* Receiving of instrument repair items and office shipments


* Pick up items between corporate and factory service when required (corporate office)


* Assist with pulling kits when needed (corporate office)


* Assist during physical inventories.


* Assist in stocking area with necessary supplies


* Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

Requirements


* High School diploma or equivalent required


* 2+ years of asset management is strongly preferred


* Strong computer skills


* Intermediate knowledge in both Microsoft Excel and Word
