Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for an Associate Director, Program Management Launch Excellence for Solid Tumor Oncology U.S.

Medical Affairs (USMA) located in Horsham, PA.

This individual is responsible for driving product launches through robust project management for US Medical Launch Readiness Teams.


* Drives launch planning & execution:
+ In close collaboration with the Therapeutic Area Strategic Lead(s) & Medical Directors, this role will be responsible for driving cross-functional integration of launch activities, including coordinating deliverables across workgroups, leading decision-making activities and identifying risks requiring problem solving and prioritization.
+ Coordinates launch team meetings, suggests agenda items; works closely with launch team to provide content and co-leads and facilitates meetings with launch leaders
+ Creates and maintains all relevant project documentation, such as project plans, presentations, dashboards, spreadsheets, etc.


* Launch Excellence Framework: Ensure close adherence to the Medical & Commercial LaunchEx framework in partnership with counterpart in New Products Business Development.

Owns governance (Launch Challenge Sessions, ACE Sessions & Launch Readiness Reviews) for Launch Readiness Teams leveraging the Launch Excellence guidance document, tools & resources.


* Defines/improves processes: Drive continuous improvements and innovation.
