The Sr Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all daily Human Resources activities at the plant.

Provides excellent customer service to plant employees and leadership as well as handling employee concerns in a timely manner.

What you will do:


* Work closely with plant management in driving an injury-free workplace through the development and execution of plant and corporate safety objectives.   


* Apply all human resource policies and programs related to employment law, employee health and safety, staffing, wage and salary compensation, benefits, and worker’s compensation.  


* Develop ways to recruit and attract superior candidates and retain talented employees.  Manage all aspects of hourly plant recruitment including internal posting, advertising, applicant tracking, screening, interviewing, pre-employment screens, offer letters, and onboarding.
