Cash Management Analyst

The Analyst will work closely with the Finance department to track and report on accounts receivable and other financial metrics related to Delegated Authority business.

This position will also work closely with the Data Analytics team to monitor performance on a significant insurance portfolio.

Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:


* Accurately identify and match incoming payments to corresponding receivables


* Compare cash received to monthly production figures and account current reports and generate a monthly reconciliation report for management.


* Generate external reports for Program Administrators showing reconciliation patterns and other metrics over time.


* Coordinate with the Delegated Authority team and external Program Administrators to reconcile any discrepancies.


* Liaison with the Underwriting Compliance team, as needed, to conduct audits on accounts receivable.


* Work closely with the Finance team to investigate payments with incomplete documentation and assist in the proper allocation of payments. 


* Identify and report on any billing or system issues to the appropriate areas.


* In addition to the above key responsibilities, you may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as the Company may reasonably require

Technical Knowledge and Understanding:


* Knowledgeable in Finance


* Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Access


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience:


* Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Account or Finance, preferred)


* Must be detail oriented and highly organized


* Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively
