As a Development Engineer within Global Technical Operations, you will function as an integral member and leader of a Product Focus Team, evolving, designing, & validating business critical projects that ensure product quality, cost & performance objectives are met.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:


* BS Mechanical, Biomedical or Engineering related field and 6+ years of related experience required.


* Competent working knowledge of statistical techniques such as capability analysis, DOE, and regression


* Demonstrated experience working and communicating with internal and external partners, including vendors and suppliers of direct materials/services, and manufacturing MAKE sites


* Technical writing to include protocols, testing results, procedures, project status & special reports


* Demonstrated experience in driving portfolio and project management, and leading multi-functional teams


* Experience working in a regulated environment


* Experience in managing product, project and process risks


* Experience in risk based decision making


* This position may require up to 25% travel and is located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

* Experience in the development of medical devices
