Background:

The Principal Project Manager is accountable for delivering major Capital Projects that enable the production capacity growth at our Surgical Vison manufacturing sites, with a focus on Puerto Rico.

You will be directly responsible for developing scope, schedules, and budgets for new manufacturing line installations, capital equipment retrofits, and process utility system upgrades.

The successful candidate will take an active role in utilization of contracted services and contribute to the design and delivery of appropriate contracts and agreements that provide necessary support to deliver the equipment into production.

The candidate must have a strong track record in deploying successful capital projects within manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead multi-functional teams (internal and external to Engineering) and influence business decisions around optimal scope approaches.

Supervise the activities of a multi-disciplined staff that may change in size and composition from project to project.


* Accountable for delivering site priority capital projects that span new equipment installations, brand conversions, and utility installation/commissioning.
