The IACP seeks to hire two Digital Learning & Engagement Coordinators who will provide support to IACPnet and IACPlearn.
The positions provide innovative/creative solutions to problems, participate in decision-making activities, interface with IACP leadership, membership, external partners and the policing profession.
IACPlearn is IACP’s online learning management system which houses on-demand and live virtual training, webinars, conferences, and podcasts for law enforcement.
IACPnet is an online subscription platform containing resources, policies, tools, and e-libraries to help law enforcement leaders make informed data-driven decisions.
Job Responsibilities
Working with IACP staff, project partners, and stakeholders, the Project Coordinator will:
Support the sales, growth, and customer service for IACPnet:
* Identify and engage sales prospects (agencies and individuals) using existing resources, and develop, track, and document interactions and leads.
* Perform demonstrations for prospective customers on the capabilities and value of IACPnet.
* Reach out to sales prospects through generated leads and coordinate outreach efforts with team members and other departments.
* Support identifying and executing effective marketing strategies to increase sales and bring awareness to law enforcement of the benefits of IACPnet to them and their departments.
* Coordinate outreach efforts with various law enforcement bodies to grow IACPnet.
* Attend law enforcement events and conferences to generate leads and connect with existing customers.
* Provide administrative and customer service support to IACPnet subscribers
* Other duties as assigned.
