Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and organized Concierge to join our team full-time.

This front-facing role is key to creating a positive first impression for residents, families, and visitors.

The Concierge will assist with admissions-related tasks, coordinate guest services, and support overall customer satisfaction within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:


* Greet and welcome all visitors, residents, and staff in a professional and courteous manner


* Support the admissions team with clerical and administrative tasks


* Provide facility tours to potential residents and their families


* Coordinate move-in/move-out logistics in partnership with nursing and housekeeping


* Act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff to ensure excellent communication


* Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner


* Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area


* Assist with resident events, appointments, and transportation coordination as needed

Qualifications:


* High school diploma or equivalent


* Previous experience in a customer service, admissions, or healthcare setting preferred


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


* Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment


* Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented
