Your Job

Georgia-Pacific's Hummingbird facility in West Chester, OH is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Roll Room Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities in the shipping and receiving offices, including providing customer service to the truck drivers.

Salary: $23.75 to $25.75 per hour, depending on experience

Shift Differential: $2 per hour

Shift: 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm).

Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.

What You Will Do


* Provide customer service to the truck drivers, providing them with the appropriate paperwork and instructing them on where to park their trailers.


* Accurately process shipping paperwork.


* Dispatch work to the forklift drivers on the warehouse floor.


* Managing the workload of incoming and outgoing freight.


* Perform daily proof of billing.


* Unconfirmed Trips for Branch.


* Review and rectify TSS Alerts and missed scans.


* Printing of P/L for loaders.


* Assist loaders with questions.


* Coordinate with customers for dock times and update shipping schedule.


* Manage and Correct Unconfirm Trips for Branch.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* One (1) year or more of work experience in a manufacturing, military, landscaping, carpentry, construction, warehouse, production, or farming environment.


* One (1) year or more of experience operating a forklift, clamp truck, or other similar type of equipment.

What Will Put You Ahead


* Two (2) years or more of work experience in warehousing, transportation, or planning


* One or more years of office/clerical experience


* Experience with Kiwi operating system
