Corporate Packaging Specialist

For the strengthening of the HQ in Milan we are looking for a/an:

                                                              Corporate Packaging Specialist

Main activities:
1.

Serve as primary point of contact between Corporate Packaging-Marketing team and HQ Product Managers team for preparing the best and correct packaging lay-out of new products – to act pro-actively for good result and in time with new product launch schedule.
2.

To profitably interact with internal Packaging Designers assisting them in creating the packaging artwork – to act as facilitator and problem solver
3.

To interact with Operations for the common correct definition or acknowledgement of the packaging elements/ structures
4.

To check final packaging artworks before supplier activation
5.

To interact with packaging supplier to manage and approve printing proofs 
6.

Serve as a primary point of contact between Corporate Packaging-Marketing and local subsidiaries, facilitating clear and effective communication channels to ensure alignment and collaboration and correct timing of operations.
7.

Work closely with Local Subsidiary Marketing teams to understand their needs and challenges, offering guidance and assistance to ensure alignment with corporate branding
8.

Assist in the creation and adoption of corporate packaging artworks, ensuring brand consistency but meeting the specific requirements of each subsidiary market. 
9.

To check with HQ Product Managers, technical people and other corporate functions , effectiveness of the proposed packaging lay-out. 

Skills required:


* 1-2 years experience in marketing support roles, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.


* Excellent organizational skills and attention to details, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.


* Experience with Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools


* English mandatory and other foreign language as a plus


* University Degree
