Tiburon Hills Care Center is seeking a knowledgeable and organized Dietary Manager to oversee our dietary department on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:


* Manage daily operations of the dietary department


* Ensure meals meet nutritional needs and regulatory standards


* Order and manage food inventory and supplies


* Train and supervise dietary staff


* Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to support resident care


* Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines

What We're Looking For:
✔️ Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
✔️ Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent required
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️ Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
✔️ A team player with a positive, resident-centered approach
