Purpose:

A Production Engineer provides technical expertise and leadership to the manufacturing process lines.

It is (he’s/her) responsibility to identify and resolve technical opportunities on Safety, Quality, Compliance, Customer Service or/and Cost, through continuous improvement, and decision-making
based on CREDO values.

Production Engineer is accountable for maintaining pieces of equipment in
optimal conditions to support manufacturing requirements.

In addition, Production Engineers shall
share their knowledge and expertise with Operation Technicians guiding/coaching them or maintai ing manufacturing processes in optimal conditions to support manufacturing requirements.

* Provides specific technical expertise to support special projects, pilot operations, product and process improvements; and provides input to develop capital expense forecast and equipment/spare parts budgets to support business needs
