Purpose: The Associate Director Market Research, Lung Oncology position is responsible for leading the integration and execution of market research to generate new business insights and uncover growth opportunities for the Lung Portfolio within the Solid Tumor Oncology Business unit.

This position, primarily supporting RYBREVANT and LAZCLUZE, will serve as an internal consultant to marketing and sales, and business partners: delivering business building recommendations, shaping decision-making, and driving organizational action.

The position plays a key role in guiding the commercial team in the development and evaluation of new and existing business strategies and tactics and as a result, shares accountability for business results.

This individual must have outstanding leadership skills, a consistent track record to lead collaboration across teams, inspire without authority, and encourage sensible risk-taking.

They will have the tenacity and fortitude to pursue novel solutions that address the needs of patients.

They will be personally accountable for making Johnson & Johnson Credo-based decisions and encouraging a Credo-based culture.
