* Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering required.

Graduate Degree in Metallurgical Sciences or a similar field is highly preferred


* Strong leadership qualities, including the ability of building a team, envisioning and articulating the strategy, and passionately owning and driving the team towards achievement


* Minimum 7 years experience leading a strategic Quality organization for systems, processes, and products


* Strong command and understanding of thermal processing, chemical processing, nondestructive testing, material laboratory testing, castings, forgings, extrusions, and metallurgical practices


* Experience implementing quality systems and leading change through strategic direction


* Strong command of aerospace quality specifications, SAE, ASTM, AMS, NASM, ANSI, AS/EN/TS/PPAP/CAPA standards, and customer specifications/requirements


* Understanding NADCAP AC7102, AC7006, AC7114, AC7101, AC7108
