Job Description:

Janssen Pharmaceutica is looking for a production supervisor for its facility in Olen.

Looking for the job of your dreams? Are you our new team-player and supervisor? Then production supervisor within the Olen production team is for you! You will lead about 12 operators, a team that is responsible for the production of pellets.

In this position, you will support and facilitate operational activities and strive for continuous improvement within the team in terms of safety, quality, production efficiency and customer experience in order to achieve the established production plans.

You report to the production director.

What you will do:

After extensive training, as a production supervisor you will be responsible for the timely completion of production orders together with the operators.

Every day, you will ensure that patients receive products of excellent quality, at a minimum cost and with maximum return, in accordance with the applicable GMP rules and safety regulations.

* As a people manager, you contribute to the development of a positive team atmosphere, you guide and coach operators, help to determine the objectives and conduct evaluation interviews with employees.


* You ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operations of your team.

You closely monitor the performance management of your team.


* You build good relationships with the various stakeholders and supporting departments, including quality assurance, engineering, lab and planning.
