Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Second shift position that will train on first shift from 6 AM - 2:30 PM (with possible overtime)


* Operates routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided.


* Provides quality service by following organizational standards.


* Prepare for daily orders by gathering & preparing needed materials like paper/print/tape.


* Routine checks on in caliper/width of paper.


* Loading/unloading of paper ribbons to festoon.


* Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.


* Assist winder operator with changeovers.


* Promotes clean area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.


* Follow safety regulations.


* Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience



* Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills



* Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.


* Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machineries.


* Fundamental understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
