What will you do?

Standardization of Production Processes:


* Assessment of Current State: Analyse existing production processes across different facilities to identify variations, inefficiencies, and areas for standardization.


* Developing Standardized Best Practices: Define and document standardized best practices for core production processes based on efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Experience & Background:


* 15+ years in manufacturing, operational excellence, or industrial engineering.

* Proven track record in quantifiable results (efficiency, cost reduction).


* Familiarity with energy management/industrial sectors

* Lean & Six Sigma Expertise: Deep practical application (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, Black Belt).


* Process Standardization: Ability to design, document, and implement SOPs.
