Cooling Operations Excellence Leader

What will you do?

Voice of the Customer (VOC) Analysis and Integration:


* Collecting and Analysing Customer Turnback Data: Systematically gather, analyse, and interpret data related to product returns, complaints, service requests, and other forms of customer feedback.


* Translating VOC into Actionable Insights.


* Establishing Feedback Loops: Develop and maintain robust feedback mechanisms to ensure customer concerns are effectively communicated to relevant teams (e.g., R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service).


* Advocating for the Customer.

Lean Technology Implementation for Quality Improvement:


* Identifying Opportunities for Lean Application: Assess current processes across the value stream (from design to delivery and post-sales support) to identify areas where lean principles and technologies can enhance product quality and reduce waste.


* Implementing Lean Methodologies: Lead the implementation of lean tools and techniques such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen events, 5S, Poka-Yoke (mistake-proofing), Standardized Work, and visual management to improve process efficiency and product quality.


* Evaluating and Selecting Appropriate Technologies.


* Driving Digital Transformation in Quality.

Quality Management System Enhancement:


* Contributing to the QMS: Work closely with the quality assurance team to integrate customer feedback and lean principles into the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).


* Developing and Implementing Quality Standards: Contribute to the development and implementation of clear and measurable quality standards based on customer expectations and industry best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Experience & Background:


* 3-7+ years in manufacturing operations, quality management, or operational excellence roles.


* 2-3+ years in a leadership capacity focused on driving quality improvement and lean transformations, especially across multiple sites or product lines (HVAC Preferabble)


* Strong track record of implementing Lean methodologies and relevant technologies.


* Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and driving continuous improvement culture.
