Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, All Shifts Available

We are currently hiring compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team.
Position Summary:

As an RN at Sierra Valley Rehab Center, you will play a key role in supervising staff, coordinating resident care, and ensuring clinical excellence in accordance with federal, state, and facility regulations.

This position involves both leadership and hands-on nursing responsibilities to support our residents' health, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:


* Supervise CNAs and LVNs during your shift


* Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and perform treatments


* Develop and update individualized care plans based on patient needs and progress


* Document observations, interventions, and resident responses accurately and in a timely manner


* Participate in assessments, admissions, discharges, and care conferences


* Respond to changes in residents' conditions and coordinate care accordingly


* Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and state regulations


* Promote a culture of compassion, professionalism, and teamwork

Qualifications:


* Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of California


* Graduate of an accredited nursing program


* Current CPR certification


* One year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred


* Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills


* Proficient in electronic documentation systems (PCC experience a plus)

Physical Requirements:


* Ability to lift 25+ lbs and assist with patient mobility


* Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods


* Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
