Applications Programmer and Quality Assurance/Development Operations Team Lead

KeyLogic has a new opportunity for a Applications Programmer and Quality Assurance/Development Operations Team Lead

Position Requirements:



* Ability to obtain a Department of Energy (DOE) "Q" Clearance


* Minimum of 3 years’ experience of Applications Programmer Senior and Quality Assurance is required within the last 5 years, experience within the Federal Government environment is preferred. 


*  MA/MS with a minimum of 10 years, or BA/BS with a minimum of 12 years of experience performing applications programming and quality assurance requirements.


* Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, able to train and manage other team members. 


* Demonstrated ability to perform requirements analysis and strategic planning. 


* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to technical and nontechnical Federal and Contractor personnel. 


* ITIL certification required.


* General applications programming and quality assurance technical skills such as:
+        Code development
+       Software application design
+       Software application testing
+      Software installation
+        Database design
+        Familiarity with agile software development environments
+        Experience with automated testing tools or equivalent automation skills
