We are searching for the best talent for a Director E2E Product Planning! This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, NJ; alternative locations may be considered in Beerse, BE; Cork, Ireland; Schaffhausen, CH; Zug, CH.
 

In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for driving the optimal global planning of a portfolio of products from an End-to-End perspective across all dimensions of the Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:


* Direct the End-to-End team responsible for creating a balanced supply plan that takes into account operational efficiency, inventory management, and customer service.


* Proactively identify potential constraints and issues, and develop global solutions.


* Lead and collaborate across the Supply Chain to achieve cash-flow targets through effective inventory management.


* Ensure clear understanding and communication regarding the business implications arising from trade-offs related to specific brands.


* Actively participate in executive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.


* Cultivate a talent pipeline while promoting a culture of engagement within the team.
