As a Business Analyst/Administrator within J.P.

Morgan Advisors, you will work closely with Wealth Advisors, sales support staff and management to create a seamless and integrated client and advisor experience.

You will provide dedicated administrative support to the advisor team, ensuring smooth team operations and servicing.

This role offers the opportunity to be a self-starter, act as an end-to-end owner of tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring all follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.

You will also have the chance to communicate effectively with team members while maintaining professionalism in difficult situations.

Job Responsibilities:


* Support two Wealth Partners by performing administrative duties as needed such as maintaining complex calendars, screen incoming calls and emails, manage coordination and logistics of meetings, arrange travel, process invoices and T&E expense claims, produce high quality emails and messages, maintain team documents


* Oversee the administrative elements of client events (e.g., invitations, venue oversight, agendas, gift distribution, etc.)


* Perform other daily administrative and operational duties that support the Wealth Advisor(s) and clients including ad hoc requests.


* Create and develop strategies in partnership with Business-aligned functional areas to ensure communication flow and improve efficiencies


* Identify and report efficiencies/inefficiencies to corresponding leaders in other groups to improve growth and development

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* Bachelor's degree required


* Executive Assistant/Administrative experience within financial services


* Highly proficient user of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Concur, Corporate Travel


* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and maintain professionalism in difficult situations


* Proven ability to be a self-starter and work independently in a high-pressure environment


* Works well in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to proactively recognize and anticipate client and Financial Advisors' needs


* Demonstrate proactive follow-up and follow through on a task from start to finish
