Maximus is currently hiring for a Program Manager to support our West Virginia Enrollment Broker Services team.

This is a remote opportunity.

The Program Manager must serve as the key accountable lead and the primary point of contract for the State client and all program activities.

The candidate will work with Medicaid and Chip programs.

Manage compliance with all operational requirements of the contract as well as corporate policies.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the Project's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met and profitability is maintained.

- Responsible for management and oversight of project business units, staff, and resources, ensures compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) and timeliness of contractually required reports and deliverables.
- Participate with project and executive management to establish strategic plans, objectives, initiatives, and work plans.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports for performance measurement, quality, and efficiencies.
- Identify potential problem areas, recommend solutions, and work closely and cooperatively with the client to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
- Facilitate communication on project status, to include applicable corrective and preventive actions to leadership.
- Ensure project budget and related financial schedules meet corporate requirements.
- Assist with issues and risk management and participate in mitigation and contingency actions to address the risks.
