In this role, you will:

Responsibilities


* Manage brand (Huggies + Kotex) on Social platform including Tiktokshop & Affiliate campaign on Ecommerce platform to deliver business expectation

Account Management



* Build up affiliate model delivering brand strategy on both advocacy & conversion driven across channel


* Drives relationship with partners, KOLs, agency & MCN to ensure synergies between the brand’s own activities and partners.

 E-Trade Marketing:


* Own distribution activities on assigned e-platforms, including pricing, digital store maintenance, design of assortment mix & promotion activities Be the focal contact point between Brand team, Digital Marketing Team and assigned key accounts.

Continuous improvement on shoppers’ experience through continuous finetuning of consumer programs, leveraging various data systems to develop new insights and turn into business actions.

Help by innovating new solutions to complex business challenges.


* Develop platform strategy with multi-functions and external partners.

Build customer relationship across customer functions (Business Development, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics)


* Monitor monthly and yearly targets in terms of sales performance, channel investment and P&L


* Ensures online brand presence by cooperating with MKT for media strategy, merchandising and online activities.


* Translate regional best practices into effective local business deployments
